• No Guarantee of Acceptance: ICHB.ORG reserves the right to reject any name submission or to remove a previously registered name at its sole discretion, for any reason or for no reason, with or without notice.
• No Liability for Third-Party Recognition: ICHB.ORG makes no representations and assumes no liability regarding whether any third party (including scientific institutions, publishers, or media outlets) will recognize or use names registered through our Services.
• Non-Refundable Fees: All fees paid for name registration services are non-refundable, even if the application is rejected or subsequently removed.
